Just read a joke....

I got an email and thought I'd pass it on. This one sent me into serious giggles.

A man was driving in Washington D.C. and ran into a traffic jam. After sitting a few minutes, he noticed people going from car to car. A man came to his and said

'Terrorists have taken over congress and are asking for $100,000,000 or they will douse the congressmen with gasoline and set them on fire. We are asking for donations.'

'Ok', the driver said 'What is the average donation?'

'About a gallon'.

The US is an oligarchy, study concludes
Plutocracy is rule by money, rich people dominating. Oligarchy is rule by the few and I don't know if that means strictly with government. To me, oligarchy covers the few regardless of the setting. I honestly don't know which is closer here since read the rest

More on the Ukraine
I'm sure it's considered crucial for Russia to keep the naval base at Sevastopol, but they have that anyway. In a treaty with Ukraine, they remain there until 2042 and if Ukraine did happen to join NATO, it does not trump the treaty. This makes me think read the rest

These aren't any where near the worst I've seen, but pretty bad. I stopped wondering about the parents who do this a long time ago and started wondering about the ones with the names. Which means why didn't they go to court at eighteen or so and have read the rest

Equality ... Or ... Vote For Hillary
The govt does not tell you what you have to believe. Where did you get that? Women and blacks who may be promoted because of gender and race are done so because if we didn't have the laws, they would never be promoted. Like it was before the law. read the rest
